Discover Šolta island

Just 9 nautical miles from Split, Šolta island is a perfect place to discover if you want a more relaxing experience. It’s a tiny island with just a few villages and a single road, with a long tradition of making high-quality olive oil, honey and great wine. The island’s villages are truly a blend of the traditional and modern, so it’s no wonder that Šolta is becoming an appealing destination for sailors and tourists alike!

The sea around it is stunningly clear so it’s perfect for swimming, diving, or snorkeling. It’s definitely a place worth discovering.

Enjoy your day at Nečujam and Stomorska

Nečujam is the biggest cove on the whole island and was once the site of Roman Emperor Diocletian’s fish pond! Its remains still lie underwater and can be explored by freediving or even snorkeling. Great Croatian poets found inspiration in the beauty of this place, so maybe you can find some for yourself too. Explore the Nečujam village, discover its natural beaches or take a rest in the shade of pine woods!

Not far off lies the oldest village on the island – Stomorska, a small port known in history for its shipbuilding. Today, it’s the nautical center of the island and packed with fantastic restaurants that aim to satisfy even the most demanding taste buds! If you like a more rustic approach to tourism, you’ll enjoy this place.
